Is it absolutely certainly only textures for these mods, and definitely not new meshes or other stuff? Some more complex mods require you to be away from the relevant area for a bit, usually three in-game days. If not, which texture mods aren't working? All of them or just some? How were they installed? Not every mod installs correctly in NMM, whether or not the mod author remembered to remove the button. Second, now I don't know is this outdated or was it never needed, but I often see it recommended that when toggling archive invalidation, you open your mod manager, turn it off, quit the mod manager, open it again, and turn archive invalidation back on.
